Delivering a Sustainable Event

e-Attain are committed to ensuring the delivery of a sustainable event and have incorporated the following actions to reduce the impact on the environment, where possible by:

  • Issuing delegates with eco-friendly, 100% pure cotton bags printed with environmentally friendly water based inks and eco-pens manufactured from recycled CD cases
  • Not including speaker presentations on hand-outs to reduce print and paper wastage
  • Using sustainable print options including the event guide on paper printed from sustainable forests and signage and other event materials on 100% recycled paper
  • Communicating via electronic means
  • Encouraging and providing information on sustainable transport options
  • Ensuring locally sourced, seasonal produce and Fair Trade tea and coffee are used
  • Ensuring all crockery and cutlery is reusable
  • Ensuring numbers for the event are as accurate as possible in order to minimise waste on both catering and delegate pack resources
  • Ensuring that any paper waste that occurs is recycled
  • Encouraging and promoting the reduce, reuse and recycle mantra
